Welcome to the Delaware Valley Negotiators Association. We are an organization formed to improve the skills and techniques of crisis negotiators from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies from around the Delaware Valley area. Although we mainly consist of crisis negotiators from the Delaware Valley, (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland), we do invite anyone who participates in crisis and/or hostage negotiations to join.
